Global Shipping Rates

The cost to ship items from each product category varies by country and shipping option. Hekka works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers.

Free standard shipping on orders of/above US$49+ for fashion items. Free standard shipping for electronic items (excluding smart phones). Flat rate charge of US$5.99 for orders below US$49.

Note: Not all shipping options are available in all areas.

How to track my order

The tracking number and the delivery company website link will be sent via e-mail immediately after we ship your order. You can also track your orders from 'Your Orders' directly on our website with the tracking number.

Note: While in transit, the tracking information may take a couple of days to be updated. Once the package arrives in your country, the order status will be updated immediately.

If you do not receive your order, please make sure to contact us by e-mail customerservices@hekka.com about it within 3 months from the time you have received the shipment confirmation. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Failed Delivery

A failed delivery may happen due to many factors.

We do not take responsibility for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. Please, ensure the correct e-mail address, shipping address, mobile/cell phone number, and specific address details such as street number/building number and others during the checkout process.

If you placed an order with the wrong information, please contact us by e-mail customerservices@hekka.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out. If the order has been shipped, we won't be able to correct the information. Please check the order information carefully before placing an order.

Note: P.O. Box, AE/APO/FPO/DPO, and Non-continental Europe countries' addresses can be only supported by postal services.

Hekka ships internationally, and delivery times may differ according to your location.

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, air travel has been restricted, which may affect our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we usually do under normal circumstances. International deliveries may take longer than usual, and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions.

Your shipping time may also be affected by factors such as customs, remote locations, peak shipping periods, holidays, festivals, weather, and operational issues.

We appreciate your understanding, and rest assured that we will make everything possible to speed up the process if any of the above interfere with the shipping time. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible!
